Season 6 economy commitment
- The default starting juice for each season will be 2,500,000 $UNICORN unless announced otherwise.
- Starting with Season 6, the base Call price will be 5,000 $UNICORN. We heard your feedback that 10,000 was too high—thanks! This is our final planned starting-price adjustment, and we do not intend to change it further.
Season 5 Price Protection
- Every Unicorn called in Season 5 grants its calling wallet one Spark Charge for Season 6.
- Spark Charges apply automatically to the wallet’s next Season 6 Unicorns until depleted. Each charged Unicorn receives two deterministic rarity rolls, and the rarer result wins.
- Charges remain banked during Season 5, activate when Season 6 opens, and are Season 6-only. They cannot be skipped, transferred, or saved for a later season.
- Connected wallets with charges see their live balance beside the Call controls. Hovering the indicator shows the exact adjusted Uncommon+, Rare+, Epic+, and Legendary probabilities; wallets with zero charges see no additional UI.
Permanent Unicorn records
- Every indexed Unicorn now has a public, linkable profile at unicorn.place/unicorn/<id>.
- Profiles show rarity, owner, call provenance, individual call cost, attributed rewards, net ROI, living or fallen status, death record, Season 4+ canonical work, season history, and canonical combat totals.
- Added the public Unicorn rewards leaderboard →, ranked by total attributed rewards from finalized seasons.
- Unicorn entries in a connected wallet’s ledger now link directly to the corresponding public profile.
Canonical combat
- Unicorn kills are now awarded and stored by the server against each canonical Unicorn identity.
- Season 5’s resolved shared raids were backfilled into the canonical combat ledger.
Stats & Throng Board
- The homepage Throng Board is current-season-only. Its label now says so directly.
- Beginning in Season 6, reward share follows each Unicorn’s canonical stat-driven work. Rarity does not receive a separate payout multiplier.
- Throng Board rank and Work Share now use the complete canonical season ledger, including when the public response is limited to top workers and the connected stable.
Bug fixes
- Fixed historical Call Spend showing zero outside Season 1 and blocking wallet ROI.
- Fixed early summon dates appearing before launch. Profiles and leaderboards now use finalized on-chain timestamps.
- Fixed the recovery placeholder appearing above a successfully loaded Unicorn profile.
- Fixed Herd Calls repeating the finalized batch average as every Unicorn’s cost. Each Unicorn now shows its reconstructed escalated price.
- Fixed the Throng Board’s Work Share using only a browser’s locally known Unicorns when the public worker-directory route was unavailable.
- Work Share now appears only after the complete current-season index is verified, preventing partial data from being presented as canonical.
- Fixed multi-Call transactions recovering only their first Call event.
- Fixed returning-wallet startup briefly showing a zero jackpot, and stopped the first-visit guide from blocking navigation.
